Eggless chocolate brownie

Baking Time: - 35 – 45 minutes
Serving for: - 4 – 6 people
Ingredients –
- 1 150 grams Dark Chocolate Compound.
- 2 100 grams of Butter
- 3 ¾ cup All Purpose Flour
- 4 ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- 5 ½ cup Condensed Milk
- 6 1 teaspoon Baking Powder (optional)
- 7 ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 8 ½ cup Whole Milk
- 9 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)

Method –
1. First, we have to melt the chocolate compound with the double boiler method.
[Note: - Double boiler Method -
a. Boil some water in a pan.
b. Put another bowl on the pan.
c. Put the dark chocolate compound into the bowl and let the chocolate melt.
2. Stir continuously with a spatula.
3. Add butter and melt them together, make sure that no lumps form.

4. Now let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
5. Now preheat the pressure cooker with 2 cups of normal salt and an iron rack for 15 minutes on medium flame. Separate the gasket and whistle from the pressure cooker lid.

6. Now add vanilla extract and condensed milk into the cool chocolate mixture.
7. Now add powder sugar using a sieve.
8. Stir gently with a whisk or spatula.
9. Now add all purpose flour, Cocoa powder, and Baking powder again using a sieve.
10. Mix all the ingredients with a spatula.

11. Add milk gradually and make the perfect brownie batter.
12. Now ready the mold with butter paper or parchment paper.

13. Grease oil properly.
14. Pour the brownie batter into it and tap the mold to remove extra bubbles.
15. Now put the mold into the preheated pressure cooker and close the lid.
16. Bake the chocolate brownie for 35 to 45 minutes on low flame.
17. After that open the lid and check the brownie with a large toothpick and make sure the toothpick comes clear.

18. Bring out the perfect delicious brownie from the pressure cooker.
19. Let it be cooled and de-mold the chocolate brownie.
20. Now serve the chocolate brownie pieces garnished with whipped cream.
