Serving for 4 persons
Preparation Time:- 10 minutes
Making Time:- 15 - 20 minutes
Ingredients for Kesar Pista Ice Cream:-
- Amul Fresh Cream - 250 ml
- Condensed Milk - 1/3 cup
- Pistachio - Handfull
- Saffron - 15 -20 strings
- Whole Milk (boiled) - 1/4 cup
Method:-
- Take 1/4 cup of warm whole milk in a small bowl and add 15 - 20 saffron strings in it and stir well and keep it aside. This will require during the final step of ice cream preparation.
- Take a bowl and pour 250 ml Amul Fresh Cream (keep 30 minutes in the freezer before using) and blend the cream with a hand blender at high speed for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Now add 1/3 cup condensed milk and repeat the blending process(on high speed) for another 5 to 10 minutes. Don't avoid blending procedure, otherwise, you will miss the perfect taste of ice cream.
- When the cream turns fluffy and builds soft pick - stop blending.
- Now add cold saffron milk and a handful of pistachios and fold the cream with a spatula or a spoon. Don't blend it again at this stage. Just fold it with a spatula.
- Now pour the mixture into an airtight container and close the lid.
- Rest the container in the freezer for overnight or 6 to 8 hours.
- Delicious Kesar Pista Ice Cream is ready to serve. Scoop it out.
- Garnish this heavenly ice cream with honey and pistachios.
